Mincu Tattoo Studio is run by a single artist, passionate about tattooing

Originally from Romania, Marilena (Mary) Mincu moved to the UK in 2016 and now has over 12 years of tattoo experience. Mary’s move to the UK provided her with the opportunity to pursue an artistic career, which led to the opening of her studio to help her to continue to hone her skills.

A self-taught tattoo artist, Mary has spent years developing her skills, leading her to pursue a distinct, realistic tattoo style that has the ability to instantly capture the eye. Whilst Mary specialises in realism tattoo styles, she is skilled in various other tattoo styles – don’t be put off, if you’re looking for an artist that will listen, understand and put you entirely at ease in the studio, then you should consider Mary for all your tattoo ideas. From traditional designs to modern dot and line tattoos or even eye-catching watercolours, Mary will be able to bring your ideas to life.

The Mincu Tattoo Studio is small and intimate, situated in a room behind The Scalp Clinic in Stafford. The cosy space allows Mary to develop a great relationship with her clients, giving her further insight into the client’s vision and allowing her to create the perfect, bespoke design.
